Upon arrival at La Quinta by Wyndham Parnell​, you will be presented with a guest check-in sheet that lists the terms and conditions of your stay. You will need to accept these terms prior to receiving your key card.

Please note, a valid credit card will be required to check-in. Cash or EFTPOS will not be accepted.  A credit card pre-authorisation of $300 will be processed to cover incidental charges. The pre authorisation for the 2 bedroom apartment will be $600.

Please ensure the Credit Card selected to make your reservation with is the Credit Card you intend your booking payment to process with, as changing your method of payment is not an option once your Credit Card has the accommodation prepayment charged to it. All credit cards are subject to a 2.5% surcharge, with the exception of American Express which has a surcharge of 4%.

Smoking in the room or excessive cooking odours will incur additional cleaning charges.

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Any cancellations within 24 hours of check-in result in a 100% penalty.

Group bookings (Group is defined by more than 3 rooms) are required to pay 100% of the entire reservation immediately upon booking, which is non-refundable.
